House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents for Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, supervising a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support, and engaging in developmentally appropriate activities. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The work cycle begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Compensation is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple when including housing and benefits), plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and paid training. Requires two spouses who are legally married for at least two years, both aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to drive student home vans; comfort leading students in daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited).
