Job Summary
Provide daily supervision and mentorship to groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes; manage household routines and student schedules; administer medications; drive students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities with students; lead daily devotions and accompany students to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting; work on a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students in their own student home; two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years; benefits include salary per person and relocation assistance.
