Job Summary
House Parents - Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus to care for a group of 8–13 students in a structured home environment. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel visits, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a stable placed home. Requires a two-person, legally married couple with both spouses age 27 or older, capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, having a valid U.S. driver’s license, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA area (per posting) with on-campus housing and mealsProvided. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
