House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on campus and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and daily routines; responsibilities include supervising and guiding students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from flexible duty in multiple homes to a stable placed home. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, readiness to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. It is a two-person role for legally married couples (minimum two years) where both spouses are at least 27 years old; relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
