House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents – Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Two-person, married-couple role residing on-campus in student homes with 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and coordinating developmental/recreational activities. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Compensation includes per-person salary around $46,917 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, both spouses legally married for at least two years, both spouses 27 or older, up to three dependent children in the home, a clean driving record and ability to drive student vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
