Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple role for Full-time Flex Houseparents to live on-campus in a student home in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a placed Houseparent with a fixed nine-on / three-off schedule.
