Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time Flex) provide on-campus care and supervision for groups of 8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentoring, coordinating routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, and leading daily devotions and Chapel visits. The role transitions from nine days on / three days off to a placed Houseparent assignment. The position offers relocation assistance, health benefits, and paid training. Requires a legally married two-person team aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free, alcohol-free campus; located in Hershey, PA with on-campus housing and benefits included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- No more than three dependent children in home
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
