Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School on-campus student homes. Married couples reside with approximately 813 students, providing care, supervision, and programs; duties include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent after initial nine-days-on, three-days-off cycles. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; salary reflects per-person compensation with on-campus housing and meals included.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-year married, two-person couple
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading student devotions and Chapel services
- Experience with youth preferred
- No alcohol on duty; smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Background check and employment applications required for both spouses
