Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of ~8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting/reporting. Initially support multiple homes on a 9 days on / 3 days off schedule, then transition to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and readiness to live and work as a tightly-knit married couple on campus. Required Qualifications

- Two-spouse role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
