House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents (a married couple) reside on campus at Milton Hershey School to provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. They manage daily routines, supervise student wellness and activities, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from initial nine-on/three-off duty cycles to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older, as this is a two-person role with relocation to Hershey, PA, including comprehensive benefits and relocation support.
