House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside on-campus and oversee a group of ~8–13 students in a home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group. Salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with benefits) plus comprehensive benefits and relocation support. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, two-person couple who are legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, no more than three dependent children in the home, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, comfort leading devotions and chapel services, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
