Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role located on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, and support for approximately 8–13 students, including daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and organizing developmental/recreational activities. Responsibilities include leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and initially following a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a placed Houseparent living with the same group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, legal marriage for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license, and relocation to Hershey, PA with benefits and training provided.

- Ability to drive student vans
- Experience with youth preferred
