Job Summary
Couples reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision, and mentorship to a large group of students; responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving, planning activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role. Requires a married two-person team, age 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
