Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on a residential campus in San Marino, CA. Married couples live in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel attendance, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a Placed Houseparent role with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being part of a legally married couple aged 27 or older. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, time off, and housing/meal provisions.
Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
