House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Hershey, PA, and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured environment. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule across multiple student homes before transitioning to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with free housing, meals on duty, utilities, and more), comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, relocation assistance, paid time off, and paid training.
