House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents are a two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent team living on Milton Hershey School’s campus in Hershey, PA. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of ~8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role progresses from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent arrangement living with the same group of students in their own home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Qualifications require experience with youth; two-year married couple minimum; both spouses age 27 or older; valid driver’s license and ability to certify to drive student vans; ability to lift 50 lbs; high school diploma or GED; commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; ability to lead devotions and chapel services.
