Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents provide care, supervision, and mentorship in on-campus student homes for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured family-like environment. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required. Requires married couple, both spouses aged 27+, High School diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a safe, alcohol- and drug-free campus.

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
