House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple are hired as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes near Hershey. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include relocation assistance, housing, meals on duty, health/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, and paid time off. Both spouses must complete individual applications, be legally married for at least two years, be age 27 or older, and meet other safety and campus policies (no alcohol on duty, fish/dog pet limits, lifting 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, etc.). Salary listed is $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple including housing and meals). Relocation assistance and paid training provided.
