House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents, a two-person married couple team, reside on-campus in Hershey, PA and provide care, supervision, and guidance for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student home.
