Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time Flex) provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include managing household routines, supervising student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and eventually transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with ongoing responsibilities in the same student home. The role requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. The position is for married couples, both spouses age 27 or older, with relocation assistance provided.
