Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time Flex) live on campus in a student home in Hershey, PA area, serving a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervision, mentorship, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role starts with a nine-on/three-off schedule within multiple homes and transitions to a placed Houseparent living with the same group.
