House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role on campus overseeing a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent. The position requires a legally married couple (two years), both spouses aged 27 or older, HS diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with potential to become certified to drive student vans.
