House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and household management for a group of 8–13 students in an on-campus home. Administer medications, drive students to activities, plan recreational events, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting while ensuring a structured, family-like environment supports academic, emotional, and social development. This two-person role requires legally married couples (minimum two years) aged 27+ with experience working with youth. Applicants must hold a valid driver's license, pass vehicle certification, and adhere to a strict smoke-free, alcohol-free policy. The position involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role.
