Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead devotions, including accompanying them to Sunday Chapel. Oversee budgeting and household reporting, ensuring a structured, family-like environment supports academic, emotional, and social development. This two-person role requires married couples (at least two years together) aged 27 or older with youth experience, a valid U.S. driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Applicants must commit to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol permitted on duty.
