Provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes while managing household routines, schedules, and medication administration. Drive students to activities and lead devotions and chapel services. Oversee budgeting and household reporting. Follow a schedule of nine consecutive duty days followed by three days off, transitioning eventually to a Placed Houseparent role with a specific student group. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, age 27 or older, and complete individual applications. Salary is $46,917 per person with relocation assistance and paid training provided.
