Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person team) reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing activities, and leading devotions and Chapel attendance. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off schedule and can transition to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Requires a legally married couple with at least two years of marriage, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and experience with youth. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfort leading devotions and Judeo-Christian Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- No alcohol on duty
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Permission to relocate to Hershey, PA
