Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) live on-campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, providing care, guidance, supervision, and development support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation around $168,000 per couple, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, paid training, and paid time off. Qualifications require youth exposure/experience, two-year married couple minimum, both spouses 27+, no more than three dependents in the home, a smoke- and weapon-free campus, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, ability to lead devotions, and high school diploma or GED; both spouses must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
