House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) reside on campus in student homes near Hershey, PA, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from Flex Houseparents to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
