Job Summary
Two-person House Parent couple lives on campus in student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students, with duties including daily supervision, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning development/recreational activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and transitions to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided along with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
