House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus reside in on-campus student homes, overseeing and mentoring 8–13 students to support their academic, emotional, and social development. Primary duties include supervising daily routines, managing household schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins on a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle with eventual placement into a steady houseparent assignment, with relocation to Hershey, PA and on-campus living. Benefits include $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 per couple total compensation with housing and meals), comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement savings, paid training, relocation assistance, and paid time off. Candidates must be a legally married two-person team, both spouses aged 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Prior experience with youth is preferred.
