Job Summary
Two-person married couple positions as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Residents live on campus in student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for groups of approximately 8–13 students, including daily routines, medications, transportation to activities, and engagement in developmental and recreational activities. Responsibilities include budgeting and household reporting, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off cycle and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is provided along with comprehensive benefits and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person married couples (legal) for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs
- Comfort Leading students in daily devotions and Chapel services
