House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couple is hired as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to live in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and activities for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and budgeting/reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a future transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) with total couple compensation around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, and paid time off. Qualifications require experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; the role requires a legally married two-person couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and adherence to campus rules including no alcohol on duty and a smoke- and weapon-free environment.
