Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on-campus housing for 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, care, and structured routines. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budget/household reporting. The role evolves from nine consecutive days on / three off to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Compensation includes salary per person plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse, two-year married requirement
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
