Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as the same student-home team. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a legally married two-person couple both aged 27 or older who will complete individual applications.
