Job Summary
Couples reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role. Benefits include a per-person salary of $44,768 (approx. $168k per couple total), comprehensive insurance, retirement, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
