Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles for married couples residing in on-campus student homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and valid U.S. driver’s license with certification to drive student vans. Total compensation per couple approximates $168,000 when including housing and meals. Relocation assistance provided.
