Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents needed to live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, to supervise and mentor 8–13 students per home, manage routines, administer medications, drive to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting, and report on household operations. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and may transition to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a legally married couple for at least two years with both spouses aged 27+, valid driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to mentor and supervise youth
