Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 813 students in a family-like home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and providing overall care and guidance to students. Initially, duty spans nine consecutive days on followed by three off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Requires a legally married couple, both spouses completing individual applications; preferred qualifications include experience with youth and a high school diploma or GED.
