House Parents for Milton Hershey School are Full-time Flex Houseparents who reside on-campus in Gridley, CA to supervise and mentor groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, directing daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a fixed placed houseparent role with the same student home.
