House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents (Full-time Flex) provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of students in on-campus homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students daily, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins as Flex Houseparent with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol while on duty. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be at least 27 years old, and apply individually.
