House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. They will oversee budgeting and reporting, starting on a nine-days-on/two-off (nine consecutive days on duty, then three days off) schedule and eventually transition to a placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Requires high school diploma or GED, a legally married two-person couple (both spouses age 27+), a valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with youth and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty are required.
