Two-person married couple will reside on-campus in student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents, providing care, supervision, and mentorship for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students.
