Job Summary
Pair of married full-time flex houseparents living in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor a group of about 813 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support; manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with future transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same group of students in their own home. Relocation assistance and paid training provided; comprehensive benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. drivers license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
