Job Summary
Married couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for ~8–13 students, including daily supervision, mentoring, scheduling, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; roles transition from nine days on / three off to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students, with salary and housing benefits per person, plus relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement (must be legally married for at least two years)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
