House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents are a two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, where married couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a 9 consecutive days on / 3 days off schedule with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
