House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) at Milton Hershey School, on-campus in Hershey, PA, providing care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a residential home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle while supporting multiple homes, then transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
