House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

House Parents are a two-person, live-on-campus role for married couples assigned to a group of 8–13 students. They provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance, manage household routines and student schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The position starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same students in their own home. Relocation assistance is provided, and benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid training, and paid time off. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compatibility with a smoke-free, weapon-free campus and Judeo-Christian chapel expectations. Applicants must be a legally married two-person team, each spouse 27 or older, and both must complete individual applications.
