House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA

Two-person married couple sought as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for ~8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from flexible to placed houseparent. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with long-term placement in the same student home.
