Job Summary
Two-person married couple will serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/reinforcing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided and a comprehensive benefits package is included, with full-time, on-campus responsibilities and a strong emphasis on safety, faith-based guidance, and student development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement (two people must apply)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Proven integrity and professionalism
- Proximity to Hershey, PA relocation requirement
