Job Summary
House Parents deliver care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students in on-campus homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and structured routines, including supervising medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and facilitating daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768) with total compensation per couple around $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, PTO, and paid training. Qualifications include experience with youth, a high school diploma or GED, minimum age 27 for both spouses, driver’s license with eligibility to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty. Required Qualifications
